PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
SHIPPING RATES
Free standard shipping on all US orders over $50.
Standard shipping on orders under $50: $4.99 flat rate.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
Express Shipping: 2–3 business days (available at checkout)
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment not the date of order. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather or other circumstances outside our control.
TRACKING
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. Use this number to track your order on the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses or US territories at this time. International shipping is not currently available.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit please contact us immediately at support@zovexauto.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or full refund.
ORDER CHANGES
Once an order has been placed we cannot guarantee changes can be made. Contact us immediately at support@zovexauto.com if you need to modify your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request before shipment.
